FEATURES
Separate customers, orders, and products into tables, linking records through shared fields. This structure reduces duplicate information.
Queries select the required records and combine information from multiple tables. You can prepare an order list for a period or a selection of customers.
Create separate screens for adding and viewing records. Users work with the fields they need rather than the entire table at once.
Compile data into a report with the grouping and formatting you need. The resulting records are easy to share with colleagues or print.
Start with a template containing coordinated tables, forms, and reports. Then customize the fields for your own record-keeping process.
Import existing data into a database or link external tables. Reuse prepared lists without entering them manually again.
Use queries to add and change data according to specified conditions. Repetitive operations can be applied to a group of records at once.
Add action sequences to form buttons: open a report, go to an object or run another command without navigating menus manually.
HELP CENTER
Enabled downloads lead directly to verified installer files. — Use an enabled Download button for Windows to retrieve the matching English installer directly from the official publisher. Check the selected product and license before installation. Account, store and guide pages are not offered as downloads.
Free viewing and full functionality are different needs. — Access Runtime may be suitable for viewing or running an existing solution, but the files listed here install the full Access application. To create and modify a database, check that you have a license for the full program.
Consider your working database format. — Start with the version the database was prepared for, and check the forms, add-ins, and macros it uses before moving to a newer release.
There is no native Mac installer here. — This page provides Access files for Windows. A Mac requires a Windows environment with a compatible license or another way to work with the data.
Bitness matters for external components. — Older drivers and ActiveX components are sometimes designed only for 32-bit Office. The images listed here are x64; check database and component compatibility before installing.
