Is a direct installer available for Microsoft Publisher?

Can I download Publisher 2024 or a Mac version?

The new Publisher 2024 is not available here. — The latest Publisher release in the available set is 2021, and the files are for Windows. Do not consider regular Office 2024 a replacement for Publisher.
